Job summary

Medial Group in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, is hiring a Laboratory Scientist to conduct biological and microbiological testing, including environmental monitoring and biomarker development. You will maintain accurate GLP/GMP compliant records and present data findings to internal teams.

The candidate will have a bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, or biochemistry and 2–4 years of related lab experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct biological and microbiological testing including environmental monitoring and related studies.
• Perform biomarker identification and development using lab techniques.
• Maintain records and reports compliant with GLP/GMP standards.
• Analyze, interpret and summarize data; present findings to internal teams.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain analytical instruments.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory procedure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and lab best practices.
