Hoffman Construction Company in Amarillo, Texas is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the on-site BIM Department for a hyper-scale data center project. You will guide the project team, enforce BIM standards, and collaborate with IT, PMs, Architects, and Engineers to optimize workflows.

Requires deep BIM/VDC expertise with Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD; salary range $110,000–$150,000 plus Per Diem and incentives. On-site role with strong leadership growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in AEC is required.
• Industrial or advanced manufacturing project experience is required.
• On-site Amarillo work location is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise local BIM team on project delivery.
• Represent Hoffman Construction in client meetings with BIM best practices.
• Educate the team on software platforms and workflows used in construction.
• Read drawings and model-based deliverables fluently.
• Drive BIM tooling adoption across Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and BIM staff to maintain company BIM standards.
• Direct 4D model scheduling integrating 3D with schedules.
• Establish data exchange standards for quantity take-off and estimating.
• Develop and maintain a project-wide BIM strategy.
