Job summary

Century 3, Inc. is seeking an On-Site BIM Coordinator for an 11-month assignment at a high-tech semiconductor fabrication plant in Oregon.

This direct-hire, salaried position will work closely with Century 3’s Construction Management and Engineering teams from the job site trailer, coordinating MEP trades and ensuring the physical site matches digital models to prevent costly field rework. You will lead clash detection meetings, manage BEP and data standards, and maintain the federated model in

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of VDC/BIM coordination experience in AEC.
• Experience in semiconductors, data centers, or heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and ReCap Pro.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site clash detection and resolution meetings with sub-contractors.
• Review vendor/supplier models for LOD compliance before incorporation into the coordination model.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Walk the project site daily to audit progress using 3D laser scanners.
• Maintain the live federated model environment in BIM 360 and integrate multidisciplinary models.
