Job summary

ARCO/Murray seeks a BIM Coordinator to support field operations and project teams onsite in Sullivan, IN. You will lead BIM setup, coordination, and clash detection across MEP systems, working with field personnel and trade partners to ensure seamless installation and data exchange.

The role requires Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam proficiency, with strong communication and on-site coordination skills. Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus are offered in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, virtual design and construction, drafting/design technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience using Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation.
• Strong constructability understanding and turnover documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical BIM advisor in the onsite field office.
• Participate in BIM set-up, standards development, and coordination for project phases.
• Establish early data exchange standards with the project team to optimize BIM usage for scheduling and take-off.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and constructability checks to identify conflicts.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with engineers, construction teams, and trade partners to review conflicts and track resolutions.
• Support model-to-field coordination, installation planning, sequencing, and layout activities with field supervision.
