Job summary

IKA is seeking an on-site Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role delivers exceptional customer support in English and Spanish, including quotes, orders, and inquiries across Laboratory, Analytical, and Bioprocessing divisions.

The ideal candidate will manage quotes, orders, and ERP entries within 24 hours, provide timely pricing and delivery information, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or quote generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and live chat.
• Process quotations, orders, and order confirmations within a 24-hour turnaround.
• Set up new customer accounts in the ERP system.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate accurate delivery information to customers and Account Managers.
• Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager.
• Generate and manage return authorizations.
• Maintain back-order reports and communicate shipping updates.
