Talently is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to build and maintain dashboards and reports for finance and operations. You will write SQL queries, transform data from multiple systems, and analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to uncover trends and opportunities.

You will collaborate with operations and finance to define reporting needs, support budgeting and P&L reporting, and automate recurring analytics workflows for data accuracy and efficiency.

Competenze

• Strong SQL skills and ability to query, extract and analyze data from relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables and data validation.
• Understanding of financial and operational metrics, including budgeting, revenue, and P&L reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple databases and systems.
• Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, revenue, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
