Job summary

Delta Dental is hiring for an on-call benefits enroller to support open enrollment and benefit fairs in multiple U.S. locations, including Los Angeles. The role is seasonal, contract-based, and on-site, with day-shift hours and potential presentations on benefits. Remote work is not available, and start is targeted for 08/01/2026.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical/dental insurance/benefits roles, HS diploma, and licensure where required. Training and local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in medical/dental insurance account management or benefits administration.
• Experience as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or insurance broker is valued.

Responsibilities

• In group or one-on-one settings, compare dental plans to help customers choose best fit.
• Guide customers into decisions when Delta Dental is offered on a voluntary basis.
• Provide printed plan information and answer questions about plans.
• Refer on-site issues to customer service when needed.
