Responsibilities

• Guide customers in decision‑making when Delta Dental is offered voluntarily.
• Provide printed plan information and answer questions.
• Refer members to customer service for unresolved issues.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration, or as a carrier, representative, or broker.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Insurance license required for FL and KY residents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proof of automobile insurance with minimum liability limits as required by state.
• Knowledge of dental plans and basic health insurance terminology.
• Knowledge of other language(s) preferred.

Compensation

Base pay: $30.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on experience, education, state prevailing wages, and internal equity.
