Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a discipline approved by licensing requirements.
• Three years of social work or casework experience in family or child welfare.
• Management experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual core program budgets and strategic plans.
• Oversee program operations within contractual and fiscal standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and agency policies.
• Manage reporting, client confidentiality, and funder communications.
