Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HMDA preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret standard regulatory/industry materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance Officer with daily compliance duties and back-up for others.
• Develop, implement, monitor and maintain a compliance program to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform periodic tests of transactions and procedures to assess program effectiveness.
• Assist in researching banking laws and regulations and review policies to ensure compliance.
• Schedule meetings with departments to communicate compliance changes and audit needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company culture.
