• Build and maintain strong member relationships and provide prompt service.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; set up files.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products, policies and procedures.
• Process member transactions and requests; initiate follow-up calls.
• Interview loan applicants and forward to loan officer with complete information.
