Job summary

Intertech Medical LLC is seeking a dependable Back up Lead Operator for C Shift to support daily production in our Denver facility. This on-site, full-time hourly role involves inspecting and packaging products, training new operators, and stepping into Lead responsibilities as needed.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:50pm - 6:00am. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train others in an ISO-controlled

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO-controlled manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and package products according to documented specifications and customer requirements.
• Support the Production Supervisor and serve as backup to the Lead Operator as needed.
• Help coordinate daily production activities and support the production team.
• Complete production records and required paperwork accurately.
• Track and record scrap.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, defects, and production issues to the supervisor.
• Perform sub-assembly operations.
• Assist with training and supporting new operators.
• Follow established production processes, procedures, and ISO Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Support workplace safety, 5S, quality, and plant cleanliness expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
