Job summary

PAG is seeking a General Manager to oversee a Camarillo, CA MRO facility. The role leads a team to ensure maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities occur on schedule while controlling labor, inventory and costs.

The GM will collaborate with sales, supply chain and quality to meet FAA, US Military and international standards. This position requires a strong aviation operations background, staff development, and the ability to drive programs that align with strategic objectives and customer

Qualifications

• Strong background in management in an aviation, MRO or aviation production facility.
• Experience overseeing safety, quality standards and budgets.
• Ability to lead and develop facility staff and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the MRO facility and ensure targets are met.
• Direct managers and supervise safety, costs, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and quality teams to meet requirements.
• Develop and adhere to budgets and implement operational changes.
