Padmore Global Connections LLC in Indianapolis is seeking an Equipment Crew Member on a contract basis to set up AV and furniture for the 33 conference rooms and the Statehouse. You will arrange sound, audio, video, and live streaming equipment as requested.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, planning setups from worksheets, and ensuring spaces are clean and ready for events. Weekend availability is required, with potential internship supervision when needed.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of audio, video and sound equipment, plus commercial cleaning gear used for Statehouse & Conference Center events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of specialized AV equipment for events.
• Troubleshoot sound/video issues and perform repairs.
• Review worksheets, organize timeline and plan room setups.
• Ensure rooms and spaces are clean and presentable.
• Transport equipment to storeroom after events.
• Set up equipment and furniture as requested.
• Work weekends with event-based schedule; be sole contact during weekend events.
• Supervise Project Search interns in absence of supervisor.
• Reset spaces within required timeframes, including during Legislative Session.
• Assist in inventory counts and upkeep of supplies.
