Responsibilities

• Operate the optical grader and Reemoon FRUSCAN/BDM systems to ensure accurate grading, sizing, and product routing.
• Monitor system performance through image review and real-time data to verify function.
• Coordinate shift activities, including staff management and training.
• Maintain proper system setup to support production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed throughout the shift.
• Provide reports and updates to customers and internal teams to ensure proper quality control.
