Qualifications

• Experience managing automation in a production environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret repack reports.
• Proficient in presenting information and responding to questions from managers and employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and foundational mechanical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate optical grader and Reemoon FRUSCAN/BDM systems for accurate grading and routing.
• Monitor system performance through real-time data and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate shift activities and train staff to meet needs.
• Ensure safety, food safety standards, and quality control during production.
• Provide reports and communicate with QC and maintenance teams.
