Caelum Research Corporation seeks an Audio Visual Specialist to deliver on-site IT and AV support for Fort Sill classrooms. You will manage equipment, troubleshoot AV systems, and coordinate with government personnel for events requiring video conferencing and presentations.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, daily ticketing, and inventory control, with training in Crestron/AMX/Biamp/Extron and an InfoComm CTS preference. Fort Sill on-site placement with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of technically related AV support experience.
• Direct experience with classroom AV systems is preferred.
• Crestron/AMX/Biamp/Extron familiarity or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support for classroom AV equipment.
• Track workload and tickets using AESMP and SharePoint systems.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on installed AV equipment and ensure proper functionality.
