Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, seeks a Customer Service Representative at our Nephi, Utah site to assist bidders, process payments, and manage sale-day documents. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and timely service.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting a safe, efficient auction environment. Prior in-person customer service and comfortable with new software are assets.

Qualifications

• Experience using computers and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and by Lot number.
• Communicate with departments, teams, and customers on required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide information about auxiliary services to customers.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: take personal responsibility for safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
