Job summary

Wiss, LLP offers an Assurance Department Internship for students and recent graduates to gain accounting experience across audit, review, and compilation engagements in a collaborative environment.

You will support client file preparation, confirmations, and participate in a variety of accounting projects while building relationships with clients and team members. On-site work is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred.
• Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related business field.
• Desire to pursue CPA designation is highly desired.
• Must be able to work 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Assist with the preparation of client files and ensure checklist items are complete prior to starting the engagement.
• Prepare confirmations for assigned engagements.
