Job summary

Timberland Partners Linden Ridge Assistant Property Manager in Chesterfield, MO, seeks an on-site leader to support the Property Manager with leasing and resident relations for a 192-unit community.

We offer $25/hr plus incentive/bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability, 401K match, HSA/FSA, PTO, holidays, and more. YARDI CRM IQ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year in a sales or leasing role or related customer service experience.
• Experience with YARDI CRM IQ required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Accept rental payments and post rent to YARDI.
• Primarily leasing for the property and assisting the leasing office.
• Maintain accurate monthly commission sheets for bonus payments.
• Act as Property Manager in the manager's absence.
• Tour the property and target apartments/model.
• Process applications and follow up on status.
• Prepare leases and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Ensure apartment ready for move-in date.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Assist renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Answer residents' questions about the community and rent.
• Ensure all work orders are handled satisfactorily.
• Assist with enforcing community policies.
