Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role collaborates with the Project Manager and Superintendent to help manage project financials, scheduling, and field coordination.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) and 2+ years of project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Project Engineer or similar role in construction.
• Basic understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with job site safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing project financials, risk management, and client communication.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain and organize project documentation with accurate information flow.
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules.
• Help prepare subcontracts and support buyout activities.
