We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Burn by Rocky Patel - Atlanta. The Assistant General Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our upscale cigar lounge and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing a premium experience to our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the lounge and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service by coordinating with bartenders, servers, and other staff members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment throughout the lounge and bar.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of cigars, beverages, and other supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build rapport with regular customers and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of different cigar types, brands, and accessories to assist customers with their selections.
• Staff Management:
