Scandinavian Tobacco Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Jacksonville, FL store. You will support store operations, develop high-performing teams, and help grow the business while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, manage priorities, and coordinate store operations effectively.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of cigars or the cigar industry is an advantage but not required.

• Coach, develop, and hold retail team members accountable for customer service, merchandising, and product knowledge standards.
