• 8+ years progressive accounting experience with close and GL responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; exceptional experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results and identify drivers of performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, and operations to improve financial visibility.
• Interact with senior leadership across the organization.
