Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Anchor at Gulf Harbors, a 388-unit community in New Port Richey, FL. You will maintain the property to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance with basic electrical, plumbing and painting knowledge, plus HVAC and EPA experience. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
