Job summary

Gulf Gate Apartments, managed by Condor Corporation, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community and staff in maintaining operations for a 214-unit Sarasota, FL property.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in apartment maintenance, with basic skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, are able to lift 50+ pounds, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years apartment maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily completion of resident maintenance requests.
• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repair and upkeep of property including buildings, amenities, and limited grounds (no lawn care).
• Assist with safety of buildings and community via general upkeep and preventive maintenance.
