Job summary

• Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan.
• Maintain physical condition of the community.
• Follow-up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the community’s annual budget by controlling expenses.
