Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Silver Creek and North Creek Apartments in Post Falls, ID. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems to keep the property safe and comfortable for residents.

We offer a zero-cost medical plan, 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount. The role works Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication skills and a real customer-service mindset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
• Keep grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep work orders current in maintenance software, including materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and help with snow and ice removal.
• Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
