Contour, a long-established aviation services company, seeks a Heavy Maintenance Representative to act as on-site liaison for heavy maintenance visits, aircraft transitions, and major repairs. The role integrates scope, schedule, cost, engineering, quality, records, and vendor performance to secure a safe, compliant return to service.

You will coordinate Planning, Engineering, Materials, Quality, Records, and Operations, guiding daily reviews and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification and US work eligibility required.
• 10+ years of transport-category aircraft maintenance/inspection experience.
• ERJ-135/140/145 or CRJ-200 familiarity desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Contour's on-site representative for heavy maintenance visits and conformity events.
• Coordinate planning, engineering, materials, and records to ensure on-time return to service.
• Lead daily production reviews, track progress, and report risks and recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with Contour manuals, maintenance programs, and regulations.
• Escalate safety, quality, schedule, or cost risks to leadership as needed.
• Prepare post-visit reports and vendor scorecards with actionable improvements.
