Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is seeking an AI Technical Trainer for a contract on-site role. You will design simulations, adaptive feedback paths for our AI training chatbot, and develop coaching content to upgrade employee skills.

Collaborate with training managers, product experts, and field leadership to map skill gaps, build conversations, and ensure brand-aligned, high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of field sales, retail operations, or customer experience.
• Ability to write clear dialogue and coaching feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools, conversational design, or simulation platforms.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with product, training, and field teams.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for innovative learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design AI Coaching Simulations: Build interactive, scenario-based simulations for coaching conversations.
• Develop AI Personalities & Coaching Logic: Define coaching styles, feedback patterns, and tone.
• Partner with Training & Field Leadership: Identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
• Create Conversation Flows & Decision Trees: Write structured dialogue and adaptive feedback paths.
• Integrate Product Knowledge & Sales Skills: Reflect current products and customer experience.
• Test, Refine & Optimize AI Behavior: Evaluate performance and learning impact.
• Manage Content Updates & Versioning: Roadmap updates for evolving simulations.
• Ensure Brand Alignment & Quality: Maintain consistent coaching standards.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers improve job skills.
