Vos Collection is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) for our aesthetic medicine program in Nashville. The role involves direct patient interaction, regulatory duties, and data management under the supervision of experienced investigators.

The position offers full-time, on-site work Monday–Friday with a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 depending on experience, commensurate with qualifications and performance.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of professional clinical research experience.
• Current GCP certification or ability to complete required training before independently performing study responsibilities.
• Experience working directly with patients or research subjects.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic data capture (EDC) and sponsor systems.
• Ability to perform detailed documentation and data entry with accuracy.

Mansioni

• Coordinate assigned clinical research studies per protocol, GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements and site SOPs.
• Develop understanding of protocols including inclusion/exclusion criteria, visit schedules, safety requirements and endpoints.
• Participate in study start-up, initiation visits, monitoring visits and close-out activities.
• Prepare study-specific source documents, visit materials and supplies for successful execution.
• Coordinate and conduct study visits ensuring protocol requirements are met within timeframes.
• Maintain study calendars and ensure visits occur within required windows.
