Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LISW to provide on-site mental health services at a designated residential youth program in Denison, Iowa. The role is a contract position with full time or part-time availability, on-site only, with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and no weekends.

The clinician will deliver individual and group counseling, work within the residential environment, coordinate with program leadership, supervise staff

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the State of Iowa as Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LISW.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individual and group counseling services.
• Engaging with students in residential and common areas.
• Collaborating with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
• Providing oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions.
• Supporting student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Upholding professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
