Qualifications

• For developmental courses: Bachelor's degree or higher in the specific teaching discipline and demonstrated competency.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides students with a written course syllabus.
• Participates in evaluating the instructional process and uses innovative strategies to improve learning.
• Supports curriculum development and assigns teaching tasks as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and complete course records.
• Advises students and assists with registration.
• Demonstrates ability to work with diverse communities and learning styles.
