Job summary

Collin College is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to deliver coursework in accordance with approved syllabi across campus locations. The role may include evening and weekend classes and dual credit courses.

In-person work is required by Texas Education Code; remote arrangements are not permitted except in narrow cases defined by law. An Associate degree is required; teaching experience is desired, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree from an accredited institution in the discipline to be taught.
• Teaching experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty and administered by the associate dean/director.
• Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations and may include evening and weekend programs.
• Supplemental Functions Perform other duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and core values.
