You will oversee payroll via Paylocity, ensure accurate tax filings, and supervise the Accounts Payable Clerk. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 3–5+ years of experience are required, with onsite work.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience including full-cycle general ledger management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Paylocity.
• Experience integrating DealerRock or similar DMS with QBO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain chart of accounts and close monthly/year-end books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executives.
• Supervise Accounts Payable Clerk and payroll processing.
• Process payroll with Paylocity and manage deductions.
• File monthly/quarterly sales and use tax filings.
