Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in distribution, construction, or similar operational environments.
• Strong experience with inventory accounting, project/job accounting, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed finance team.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting and finance activities.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Partner with senior management to drive performance.
• Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Oversee cash flow and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
