Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting.
• Support annual financial reviews and audits.
• Manage accounting records using accounting software.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
• Support HR compliance and recordkeeping requirements.
• Coordinate with external HR partners regarding HRIS administration and recruiting.
• Provide day-to-day employee support and administrative assistance.
