Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship program for students pursuing a BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. You will work on challenging assignments, receive leadership training, and gain exposure to senior leaders across the company.

The program provides networking opportunities and pathways to full-time Accelerated Development roles or direct hire opportunities, with potential relocation to various U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a cumulative GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Minimum internship or work experience is required.
• U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship projects such as New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, Internal Audit, and SOX.
• Gain exposure to senior leaders and participate in leadership development during the 12-week program.
• Interview for full-time Accelerated Development Program or direct hire opportunities after completion.
