Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic accounting, bookkeeping, or admin/office experience.
• Highly dependable with attendance, punctuality and teachable attitude.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer operations; exposure to QuickBooks is a bonus.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when entering numbers.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, and payment posting.
• Data Entry & Records: input financial data, code transactions, and maintain files.
• Vendor & Customer Support: communicate professionally regarding invoices and payment status.
• General Team Support: assist Accounting Manager with reporting, reconciliation, and admin tasks.
