Job summary

Vi Living is seeking an Accounting Assistant for the Naples, FL campus. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and focuses on maintaining accurate records, processing accounts payable, and data entry while delivering excellent resident service.

You will handle bank deposits, support general accounting tasks, and work with Excel and JD Edwards in a detail-oriented environment that values accuracy and independent multitasking across a dynamic campus community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience with a high school degree or GED.
• High level of detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with a customer service focus.
