Qualifications

• Leads, trains, supervises, or directs team members.
• Experience with raw materials, formulas, batches, or controlled mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the abrasives production team and coordinate daily workflow.
• Accurately measure, weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials per formulas and specs.
• Verify materials and formulations for each production order.
• Maintain high accuracy in mixing and production processes.
• Monitor processes for quality and conformity to specs.
• Assist with forming, pressing, sintering, finishing, or other abrasive processes as needed.
• Identify production or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document production, batch, material, and quality records.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures, safety, quality, and processes.
• Organize workload to meet production requirements efficiently.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and management to improve processes.
