You will supervise the abrasives production area, mentor operators, ensure strict adherence to formulas and specs, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in production.
• Experience with raw materials, formulas, or controlled mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Comfortable working hands-on while leading others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support abrasives production team and coordinate daily workflow.
• Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials per formulas.
• Verify materials and formulations for each production order.
• Maintain high accuracy in mixing and production.
• Monitor processes for quality and adherence to specs.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures and safety.
• Organize workload to meet production requirements.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
