Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to build pallets, read labels, and load shipments. You will operate an electric pallet jack and inventory scanner, ensure correct loads, and maintain FIFO inventory in a damp, cold warehouse environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Shift is 2nd, with potential overtime to meet shipping demands.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English.
• Ability to identify items on paperwork, labels, and shipping documents.
• Experience with inventory scanners and pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets safely and efficiently following order requirements and instructions.
• Read paperwork and identify items for accurate loading.
• Operate inventory scanner and electric pallet jack.
• Load outgoing trucks with attention to order accuracy.
• Maintain First In, First Out inventory rotation and documentation.
