Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Network Technician in Huntsville, AL to join our FBI-focused Enterprise Operations Center (NOC) team. The role provides Tier 1/2 network monitoring, incident handling, and system administration support for CIM/SIOC/NC3 and field office posts across the enterprise.

The candidate will work on-site (no remote) in a 24x7x365 environment, supporting 70,000 FBI accounts across 500+ locations. Strong network troubleshooting and security design experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years experience or an Associate with 2+ years experience or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for position.
• Top Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous and proactive operational Tier 1/2 Network performance monitoring and support.
• Support 24x7x365 network operations to ensure stable performance.
• Provide Tier 2 Network and Tier 2 Systems support for CIM/SIOC/NC3 and Field Office Commands.
• Assist in enterprise network component deployment and security design.

Education
