E-INFOSOL LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support a Federal Government Client. This role focuses on designing and engineering a multi-enclave network environment with various technologies and lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate has a TS clearance, an AS degree in IT or related, Cisco CCNA Enterprise Core/Infrastructure, and 1–3 years of networking experience, plus a proactive approach to troubleshooting and customer service.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain an SCI.
AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
Cisco Certified Network Associate Enterprise Core and Infrastructure certification.
1–3 years of IT experience with networking, specifically Cisco switches/routers and LAN/WAN issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze enterprise networks and devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, encryptors).
Provide expert technical guidance to Government and project team for network monitoring and management.
Maintain awareness of trends and best practices related to networks and IT, and recommend improvements to customer systems.
Deliver high-quality, professional customer service in all interactions.
Use Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze network performance and document findings.
Serve as initial contact to resolve networking problems.
Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
