• Assist video director by managing and organizing multi-day shoot schedules and planning through storyboard assessments at pre-production meetings.
• Assess and communicate time and equipment needs for each shot with full production scope.
• Perform DIT duties: download, tag, convert and transfer footage to the editing team; manage camera card workflow.
• Confirm focus, exposure, image quality and continuity issues via monitor.
• Support video shoot day logistics: audio assist, load/unload gear, set up/teardown, assist crew.
