Job summary

Soona is seeking a Production Assistant to join our on-demand studio teams in Denver and Minneapolis. This contract role supports producers and creatives from prep through wrap, helping with on-set needs, light styling, and warehouse organization.

PAs operate as critical hands on set, coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth shoots. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in inventory management and production, strong organization, reliable transportation, and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory management experience.
• 1+ years in production (studio, film, photo/video, or similar).
• Strong organizational and systems thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to Denver and Minneapolis studios.
• Google Suite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep product packages for shoots and organize client products.
• Support producers with on-set needs during live shoots.
• Assist with light styling on set.
• Maintain an organized studio and warehouse space, including light cleaning and setup/breakdown.
• Communicate with clients as needed during production.
• Create detailed editing notes for the post-production team.
• Run business-related errands as needed.
• Execute tasks efficiently and professionally per Soona standards.
• Adapt to changing processes and priorities with a positive attitude.
