Toyota Material Handling Solutions (TMHS) in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking an experienced Forklift Service Technician to join the Service Department. This full-time on-road role offers a performance-based pay structure and a salary starting from $33.80 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair various forklift types, perform preventive maintenance, and decide if work occurs on-site or in-house. Applicants should have strong customer service skills and possess tools for the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years forklift or material handling service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read GPS directions and travel throughout the LA area.
• Own tools and toolbox required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gasoline, LPG, electric, or diesel-powered forklifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service inspections.
• Determine whether work is on-site or in-house.
• Replace or repair worn parts, adjust brakes, and align wheels.
• Maintain a clean service van and report any vehicle issues.
• Complete service paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
