Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to manage on-property advertising signage, collateral, and branding across consumer-facing campaigns.

You will open creative requests with designers/agencies, track timelines, ensure assets align with brand guidelines, assist with copywriting, coordinate print and digital signage, and maintain vendor communications. A background in advertising or marketing, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising or marketing is preferred.
• Casino/gaming or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, email, social, and mobile programming.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to obtain Gaming License as required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising signage, collateral, and branding across channels.
• Open and manage creative ad requests with designers and agencies.
• Track design timelines and approvals per process.
• Ensure assets meet brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Assist with copywriting for promotions.
• Coordinate and set up print and digital signage on property.
• Maintain signage map and vendor communications.
• Update website content as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and vendor setup.
• Support events and other duties as assigned.
