Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative to grow our premium wines and spirits portfolio in bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues in Tucson, AZ. You will visit accounts, build relationships, and deliver consultative selling conversations to drive incremental sales.

Required experience in beverage alcohol sales or hospitality, a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel daily within Tucson and surrounding areas.

• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Tucson and surrounding AZ.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan for each account and build a selling pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Prioritize sales activities to meet objectives based on growth plans.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit notes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling.
• Meet internal objectives and supplier goals.
• Resolve customer issues and seek opportunities to support growth.
• Adapt selling approach to customer buying styles.
• Stay aware of competitors and product positioning.
• Document all account information in CRM.
• Participate in meetings and on-site training.
